Program Overview

The three day conference program of the German Equity Forum provides a range of interesting and prevailing workshops, panel discussions and keynote speeches surrounding the theme of SME Equity Finance and the opportunity to get to know new international companies.

The IPO-Seminar delivers interested entrepreneurs an insight on the IPO as a finance alternative and addresses issues such as requirements of the market segments, liquidity, demands on accounting, the evaluation process and pricing. The IR-Seminar also targets listed companies and advises on how follow-up mandatory reports can be handled.

Sector forums dedicated to particular industries focus on current sector trends and provide an opportunity for companies to present their products, services and technologies in a target-oriented surrounding.
