Next Forum: German Equity Forum Spring 2010 in Dresden

Deutsche Börse and the KfW SME Bank have organized the German Equity Forum, Europe's most successful and established event in the field of equity financing, on a twice-yearly basis since 1996. As in previous years, the main focus of the German Equity Forum is the presentations of capital seeking companies and the exposition of the entire financial community. Companies have the opportunity to explain their business activities and products, and provide an overview of expected future development. Exhibition stands enable companies to attract investors and establish useful contacts, with presentations being used to broaden their investor base. Listed companies will have the opportunity to present their latest financial figures. This will be complimented by a range of interesting and topical workshops, panel discussions and keynote speeches surrounding the theme of SME Equity Finance. More than 5,000 participants are awaited.

Spring Forum

The spring meeting of the German Equity Forum is the ideal networking platform for young companies seeking private equity. The Forum focuses mainly on early stage and growth stage companies requiring capital to finance their research and development or planning a further round of financing for their expansion strategy. In addition, the Forum offers high-tech start-ups in the seed stage and start-ups with good prospects the opportunity to actively establish contacts with investors and promotional institutions.

Autumn Forum

The German Equity Forum Fall targets late stage and listed companies. With more than 5,000 particpants deriving from the financial community, entrepreneurs, investors and analysts and new forums focusing Emerging Markets the 3-day event further enhanced its place as Europe’s largest capital market event and established an international network and information platform across European boundaries. Along with the hosts Deutsche Börse AG and KfW SME Bank Ernst&Young is co-initiator of the Fall Forum.
